In October, Year 2 and 3 took part in a special series of creativity workshops run by Ralph Barker, a postgraduate student on the ‘Applied Imagination’ course at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design.
The three workshops were filled to the brim with exciting tasks, which challenged and entertained the boys. They experienced improvisation, drama, teambuilding and problem solving challenges. There were also more reflective, individual tasks, including relaxation techniques, drawing and creativity exercises, such as developing their use of descriptive vocabulary.
The workshops were enjoyed by all and have helped to boost the boys’ confidence and creativity.
