On Tuesday 18th June 2019, Pine Class performed their class assembly about Space to the school and parents, with fantastic confidence!

Our topic in Science this term has been Space and we wrote newspaper articles about the 1969 moon landing so the boys already had super scientific knowledge on the subject.

Some boys were planets and told facts about the planet they were, some were narrators, some were news reporters keeping us informed of the moon landing, some were scientists keeping track of the Eagle module landing on the moon and we even had Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin walking on the moon.

Each boy did an amazing job learning their lines, speaking or acting with expression and volume and singing brilliantly. They worked very hard to deliver a brilliant performance, well done Pine Class!

Thank you very much to the parents for supporting the boys with their lines, providing such brilliant costumes and no doubt hearing ‘Rocketman’ on repeat!
